JEFFERSON SQUARE/REGENTS PARK
Ms. London negotiated the largest assemblage in the Hollywood downtown corridor by negotiating the simultaneous sale of three city blocks for JPI, one of the largest apartment developers in the country. Sale was completed in 2000.

SOLD TO NOVA UNIVERSITY
This 7700 sq ft building was formerly a bank facility. Ms. London negotiated and closed this transaction for a sale price of $1.1 million dollars in 1999.

SEMINOLE HEALTH CLUB
Located in Western Davie, this 10 acre RV park was sold and negotiated by our office for $3.2 million dollars in 2006.

  • Ms. London headed up the Real Estate Owned division of a major bank and became an expert in foreclosures. She has just been chosen as the leasing agent for First United Bank, Hollywood Branch.
